All work will be carried out in strict accordance with Asbestos Regulations, 2001 GNR. 155 of 10 Feb 2002 under section 43 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993). Amongst other important headings, the act covers “Scope of Application, Air Monitoring, The Control of Exposure to Asbestos, The Keeping of Records and The Final Removal of Asbestos.
